Individual treatment program at "SPA Vilnius SANA", Druskininkai
 
Druskininkai is a health resort in the very south of Lithuania. It is the oldest and the biggest balneological, mud therapy and climatotherapy health resort in Lithuania operating all year round. "SPA Vilnius SANA" is one of the biggest and probably the best equipped wellness and mineral water SPA centre in Lithuania. Individual treatment programme is specifically chosen to match one's special needs and solve problems. Our guests are consulted by our doctor who prescribes and recommends suitable procedures and other treatment and health improvement methods.

• 7 nights at 4 star hotel;
• meals: breakfast, 2 or 3 other meals per day at the restaurant (buffet);
• doctor's consultation;
• development of an individual treatment programme;
• 4 treatments per day (one from each list) every day;
• 7 visits to mineral water swimming pool and sauna (90 min);
• also included (no additional charge): bathrobe, parking lot, musical programme and music therapy session (on weekend). 

Possible treatments after the doctor's consultation (one from each list every day):

List I:
Massages: classic massage (30 min); relaxing back massage (30 min); head, neck and shoulder massage (30 min); hemolymphatic massage for arms (30 min); underwater massage (20 min).
Other treatments: seaweed bath and face mask (20 min); "Alguomer" detoxifying bath (20 min); intestine douche with purgative enema (30 min); "Bio Detox" body treatment (30 min); manual therapy (30 min); manual emotion correction (30 min); traditional acupuncture (30 min); acupuncture of microsystems (30 min); body constitution measurement.
Consultation of: gynaecologist, dermatologist, reflexotherapist, otolaryngologist; otolaryngologist's consultation and audiogram; neurologist.

List II:
Baths: carbonic acid bath (15 min); herbal bath "Resistance" (15 min); herbal bath "Strength" (15 min); aroma bath (15 min); mineral water bath (15 min); bath "Salty" (15 min), bath "Vilnius" (15 min); honey bath (15 min); mud bath (20 min); mud bath for hands and feet (20 min); vertical bath (30 min); seaweed bath (15 min).
Other treatments: individual kinesitherapy (30 min); curative micro-enema; gynaecologic irrigations (with mineral water); paraffin application for limbs (15 min); gastroenterologist's consultation.
Tests: TOTAL TRUNK test (evaluation of back and waist muscle conditions; 30 min); spirometry (evaluation of the pulmonary aeration; 20 min); electrocardiogram (ECG); rectomanoscopy (RRS).

List III:
Other treatments: inhalations with mineral water (10 min); inhalations with mineral water and medicaments (10 min); aerophyto-music therapy (45 min); halo chamber (30 min).
Physiotherapy: short-wave therapy (5-10 min), ultrasound therapy (5 min), lymphavision therapy (20 min), paraffin application on hand or wrist (15 min), bioptron polarized light (10 min), bioptron polarized light with colour therapy (10 min), magnetotherapy (20 min); "Nordic Walking" (60 min).

List IV:
Group kinesitherapy (30 min); visits to the gym (60 min); herbal tea brewed with mineral water (at the SPA bar); morning exercise (20 min).

Therapeutic packages are dedicated for persons over 18 years.
